Fair enough but we can only react to what's in front of us. Presumably the characters would know what happens in update five, but we - as players / readers do not. And, personally, even if there's a reason they can't be exclusive (and I really hope you're not going to head into NTR territory with 'because she's already married to someone else' or similar) but even then - I'm still not interested in the other two at all.
Ok. I have patience. As I said before, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I do think it is a little strange that you are keeping that explanation for later as opposed to leading with it from the first chapter. However, it is your story and I assume you have a reason for it.
So do your thing.
I'm liking this game so far, but there are some crazy inconsistencies in the dialogue.
There are a few more of these. Fortunately most of these can be easily fixed by just tweaking the dialogue a bit.

As much as I like incest in games, I completly agree. Being family members for the sake of being family members isn't good, it is the writing and the taboo that makes the story pleasing to the player.
Even if this doesn't have that tag you got me sold with your argument, will try the game out, have high expectations after that statement, which makes total sense. Good luck on your project btw.

Really enjoyed this game and played it several times now but I just really dislike Sam. I understand they have a dynamic but getting people in life or death situations or deciding life changing affairs isn't funny or something that fits in any situation. I didn't like her betraying her friend with going after mc but that's part of a harem game but the rest makes her just obnoxious and dangerous.

Hope everyone's doing well.
Today, I finally have some good news. With Christmas coming up, my university classes are officially over for the year, which means I now have much more time to work on the game. I’ve been giving it my all for the past month, and I’m confident that if things continue like this, the next update will be released between
January 10–15.
It might come out earlier, but it definitely won’t go beyond that window.
I didn’t get a chance to do a proper word count this time since I was fully focused on rendering, but I’m confident this update is bigger than the previous ones.
I again want to apologize for make you guys waiting for so long but please be a bit more patient. And another good news is... the website for the game should be done by then too. So, everything goes well, we will finally have a website for the game, where players can pledge and I can do early release for the supporters.
I will release another set of renders in a week or two.
This was basically about the status update.You can skip the rest, if you feel like it.
There is something else I wanted to tell you guys, which I believe I never told. The tittle name should reflect a game/AVN... with that in mind, I had a different name for the game, other than Fleeting Memories.
What I had in mind was "While it lasts", but then with the help of my former writer, we came with the name, Fleeting Memories. The reason to tell you guys? Nothing much, just felt like it. Also so that you can guess the ending of the game, (the solo endings)... but believe me it will be different than what you think.

Hope you’re all doing well.
I finally have some good news—and some not-so-good news.
I had promised an update between January 10–15, and I’m here with it. However, the update isn’t fully complete yet.
It’s still missing 3 important scenes, which will be included in the Final release.
The reason for the delay is personal. My mother has been severely ill and is currently hospitalized. Between managing her treatment, the medical expenses, and taking care of her, I’ve been trying to balance everything over the past week but honestly, it’s been difficult.
That said, I want to assure you that we will finish and release the final update by the
25th of this month

I mean...you could always bring in a sister from another city, maybe she just got out of an abusive relationship and needs a place to stay. or maybe dad had an affair and one shows up that MC didn't know about. Not saying you SHOULD do it, not all games need incest to be good, but if it's something YOU like there are ways to insert a character. Little sister got beaten up so now there's a small revenge side mission for our PI. I have never played yet so it could already be established that MC doesn't have any family or sisters. The real reason i'm here with the comment though...You did say no sharing/swapping, curious if that includes the girls? Will the girls in the harem ever interact with each during scenes or have their own action with each other on the side with MC permission?
I suppose it depends on where you live, some area's have a better out look on incest compared to other regions.
That aside, the main reason I quoted you was to alert you to text issues within the vn. I didn't look at the spelling because I have issues with that myself, however, you have other problems that require readers to play guessing games with what you wrote due to incomplete sentences. Its like you started writing a sentence but because your train of thought has skipped ahead, you skip the rest of the sentence and start writing that one. I would advise proof reading the story from the beginning to get all the problems like that. Also, you may want to look at your gallery, usually they focus on sexual scenes unless you want to do something that allows readers to skip through the story then it might be best to do 2 types of gallery to cover that. Also, the gallery needs updating with the recent scenes that you have added to the vn.
In addition to this, I stopped the vn at the scene where the girl runs off the the bathroom expecting to be followed as she wants sex in the diner because the way the story is setup was irking me a bit considering that harem is a planned tag to be added to this. There are to many scenes where you have to pick one girl over the other to stack affection and wild points which seems to be leading vn readers to have to focus on one of the girls and no options at least up to the diner with inclusive points for both girls as there usually are for harem vn's.

Kiara and Yun are awful, like borderline game ruining awful, I hope we get the option to make them pay
After reading the comments and knowing how these stories play out i agree with him and really hope you don't pull the cheesy cliche "because she's married" reason for them not being able to be a couple.. that's a bad idea.
