Man, this game is awesome. Or rather, it was pretty awesome and had a lot of potential. Over the last couple of months the update cycle has gotten worse and worse, updates coming later and later, they've gone through terrible patreon schemes and release rollouts, character polls and surveys that have made the game awkward, and more recently, lacking a lot of new content (Apart from art. But it's a text game, you know?) Not to mention that the ability to edit the wiki is locked behind the asinine multiplayer account system which means that the wiki gets VERY rarely updated, not to mention they disabled comments on the blog posts so you HAVE to make a discord to report a bug. Then they locked a lot of content behind levels. People complaining about only finding latex foxes because grinding in a time-restrained game is fucking dire. You have to cheat to see all the content now, and only the hardcore sim-loving dudes will manage to jerk off to dying of dehydration.

There's so much good, fetish-rich content that nobody will ever find out about because they can't get into the game. I have to do this and cheat a new character every time an update does come out because it's not worth hours of grind each time. You know how many quests are hidden, barely touched by the wiki? Chance encounters, interesting people or chains of events? Or the stupidity of meeting someone multiple times but not being able to progress their story because you need to be a much higher level despite the fact you don't have to fight anything. (Garth, the Razorback Boar, for instance, can be met early and his event chain can be triggered, but walls you out if you're not level 12. It doesn't even give you any indication you're too low leveled too.)

Yeah, the sheer amount of furry here pretty much killed this game dead in the water for me, if you disable fur you're pretty much treated to a game that's vast, empty and worthless. Kinda sucks, the game had potential, but all the fur is a major turn off. Even anthro is pushing it

The whole idea behind this game is about furry stuff... without furry, it would be like a pizza without cheese.

If you don't like pizza with cheese, you better eat something else ;)

Well, you can always go to play 3dcg games with human porn in it, which is more than a hundred already, furry games with a big chunk of content are still rare to see you now.

You can pretend they're just wearing cheap plastic animal ears.

Furry hate for a text based game is so sad.

Anyone know how to get the new doran stuff to trigger? I have him as pure dominant and as a male but can't seem to get the new scene to trigger.

Been a while since I played this and wanted to give it a revisit, but I noticed that when playing in Gargoyle I couldn't do the Undo command anymore. Was this patched out of the game, an error with this version, or should I use a different way to play?

*edit: ignore me, used the installer rather than just the gblorb file and it's good now

I don't hate those that like it, to each their own. I'm just saying that I don't personally like it, the sole exceptions being neko and bunny anthro, and that if you choose to disable fur in this game, it's kind of an empty world since so much of the games content just gets gutted. That's pretty much all. Sorry if the phrasing came off as hostile.

It's honestly probably better if you download the installer from the blog ( )

The file type used is an odd one and you need an interpreter to run it like Git, Inform, or Gargoyle I think. There are a few others but the first site that other interpreters are recommended to use was getting flagged by MalwareBytes so I'd just stick to the installer and run from there.

is there a way to change the character's body using this?

Hypothetically, yes. It involves knowing the infection strain's name and then fitting it into the character's slots. If you want to change genitals there's that section starting "6, 4" which I think refers to dick length, ball size, then something like breast size, vagina size and vagina depth.

What I find works better is taking the singular trait, attacking or losing to the whoever you want to get the body (literal the torso infection, as the trait fully transforms you to whatever that is) of whatever you want, then spamming wait until you fully transform. From there, if you transfer your old export progress data into an old folder, then export again and swap out the FSCharacterSave you should hypothetically have your mega save with a new body and no "story" progress for a base save.

You can kind of get a general idea of the structure of each of the files by taking a peek at the source (though in my experience trying to read Inform source is migraine-inducing). Here's a link to the file that handles the import/export process:

I did work out a while ago that a bunch of things are stored as ASCII values, expressed in decimal. For example, in FSPlayerSave, this line:

S70,101,97,116,0; S70,101,114,116,105,108,101,0;

…converts directly to this (if you convert those numbers to characters):

Feat Fertile

So yeah, everything about this process is ugly as fuuuuuck, but I hope this at least helps a little bit. :s

Edit: Screw it. I wrote a thing:

Binary releases are available here: . Requires Windows (kinda doubt it'll work in Mono, but I haven't tried it) and .NET Framework 4.7.2. Source is MIT licensed if anyone's interested, but I threw it together and it shows.

All it really does is expose a raw view of the exported data, so you'll need to know where to look if you want to change things. It basically just saves you from having to work out what the hell S67,97,110,101,77,111,116,105,118,101,0; means. Since this is a raw view of the saved game data, there is a very real risk of confusing the game to death. Be sure to make backups.

Hope this helps!
