The mpreg one in the swamp, capture male dragons, and impregnate them for sketchy wizard.
That content is not yet in-game. its mentioned in the upcoming content in the patch notes and about half of the content the code implies is pushed to the public source code. It is possible that more will be pushed before the next release.
You can get two of the dragons right now, they have a bad habit of pushing little updates without saying, right-hand side of the page

It seems semi-random, but usually if you see a new push, you can grab a new version, but not always.

By "grab a new version" you mean build the game from Git Hub yourself?
Or the download from their official page is updated instantaneously?
And how do you check if there's a new push?
Wonder how will they draw the swamp dragons.
Anyone got a save editor for this game? I think the ones I tried (FlexEdit and FlexibleEditor) are outdated because they ask for glkdata files and my Flexible Survival only saves glksave files.
You have to use the export feature, not save. This way you will get the glkdata.
If you see new updates or pushes you can download from their main site, you can tell if the 'Game Version (serial)' has a different number.
As an example, I have one with version 240910 and one with 240917. Both are from this month. Neither update is mentioned since they only update the page monthly, it seems. Both have more content or fixes than the one posted at the start of the month.
Edit: You can see the version thing when you open the game in whatever interpreter you use; I don't know about the Windows version.
