If am remembering correctly you need to switch to Eilminia and go to the prison on the right side of Stormbrand castle and talk to the ex soldier there.

How do you go to the ice mountain to get the Ice Ore Statue? She keeps complaining she's not dressed for the cold but I don't know how to get a warmer outfit

You will see 2 stumps on the right side, you need tight rope to cross which is bought in Ulrika.

Ah, my bad, you need to talk with Miyabi 1st before coming here, i think you need to talk to the sculpturer (2nd house on the top left of Stormbrand) then Miyabi will approach you then you head to the prison and then meet Miyabi again outside of the Shrine Maiden main building on the left.

-> Get info from ex soldier in bottom of prison via minigame similar to the 1st one
-> Talk to Miyabi outside of the left of the Shrine Maiden administrative building

there is a training dummy in the training ground for you to train counter so maybe train until you familar with it

You can change clothes by talking to Elimina but you will only be restricted to Stormgard while wearing costumes, as for the endings, me and alot of people don't know yet on how to trigger different ending, i got the brothel epilogue but am guessing thats what everyone is getting as well.
