Looks like v2.33 is up on ci-en. Patch notes says he fixed the bug with the climax event in the city.

Well v2.33 did not fix the issue for me. If I go into the city while Elulu is wet then I get two different errors.

Nothing unusual will happen if she is dry but the event does not seem to trigger and the stage will not progress.
