WTF? I thought I misread the discussion between Irelia and MC so I went back to an old save to re-read all of it and I was right, MC implies that Jaurez and De Leon are 2 different persons and it's De Leon who just got out of jail, not Jaurez.
Having said that, the English in this VN is not very good, there are a lot of obvious errors (like we're instead of were) so maybe Jaurez is in fact De Leon, I don't know but it surely got me confused…

I looked into it; seems like they got retconned into being the same person. Jaurez even laments that he was unable to get revenge on Richards earlier, something Richards himself mentioned in the previous update, so the dev does remember the details. Looks like the mistake here is not in mixing the characters in the new update, but in not retroactively editing the dialogue in the previous one to accommodate for the change.

Is there a way to unlock the gallery and/or replays? I searched the thread for "gallery" but couldn't find a specific hint. If I remember correctly, I have never been able to see the unlocked scenes for each character, even if I went through them during my playthrough... Could URM 0x52 do the trick?

Universal Gallery Unlocker usually does the trick. I'm unaware of unlocking a gallery through URM so someone else would have to comment on that. My knowledge would just be looking for a variable named 'gallery', but that seems too straight forward.

Pretty much every game is different, you have to find the variable specific for that dev/game to unlock each one with URM.

is it just an optional content ( basically a side girl) just so I know when I get around to replaying the game. As I usually have a manwhore save for content like that as I don't like to mix side girls with main girls even if there is no consequences for doing so.

I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're playing on playing it tomorrow or something. This kind of stuff gets noticed immediately and then the next patch addresses it.

ah that's a shame Kristyn is my favorite if it's the ex I forget the names of the LI on this one. Almost dropped the game at the prologue when they broke up. I haven't played the last 2 or 3 updates basically since it went to steam. Was gonna play the last 1 but heard it was being broken in 1/2. So at least I got a good amount of content to see.

I agree. I'm not usually a fan of starting a game already in a pre-established relationship, as the premise to check out other LIs ranges from either stepping out while together, or actively forcing the relationship to end. The latter case just feel weird to me, with the MC's backstory happily dating the pre-established LI, but then as soon as I take control I'm doing everything to break it up.

Kristyn is my personal favorite LI in this game, and the rest are not too far behind. When the MC went MIA and then came back, I wanted to reach into the monitor and smack his virtual brain when he decided that military service was more important than her. Overall, I find the LIs in this game really good. To me they all feel very humanized, and are just trying to live their lives at medical school while having their own issues, struggles, and traumas. In Kendra's case, I'm curious to see how trying to be optimistic or cautious with her will play out as she deals with her father... as the latest update is now tracking both as variables.

I rarely have as much trouble getting a game as I did with this one. Then after finally getting it (only Buzzheavier would work) I got the attached traceback immediately when running the game in Linux. It will run in Linux, but only using wine. There seems to be something wrong with the Linux part of the game. I do not have time at the moment to deal with this (because I am debugging three other games). If someone wants to tackle this, that would be great.
