You should reinstall the rtp, I did it and it worked.
Edit: If you see RGSS301.dll in your game folder, change its name to RGSS300, it should fix your problem.

Reinstalled the RTP, didn't know which one you meant so I deleted and reinstalled them all, still nothing, checked the game folder and I have a 301 and a 300?

Try moving the 301 to a different folder. It might be using that one instead of the 300

The game is completely translated, including the scenes, last I checked. It's just that the gallery isn't translated. I believe the translator explains why the moment you enter the gallery.

How do i get XP? Im just stuck at 0XP Lv.1 no mater how many i kills and now that i got to Floor30 the boss is too strong and i need to find a way to Lv. up to be a ble to beat him.
The Girl in tavern there said there are "things" i can do but i have no clue to what i need to do
