Probably works just fine. Please tell me if there's new characters or stat points that have been introduced, and I'll take a look. If not, there's no reason for this mod not to work.

I downloaded FOTM 2 v5, extracted scripts.rpa, but couldn't find any barn_change_bathroom.rpy file, only melev.rpy/rpyc. I suggest re-downloading the game, then extract it to a new folder (do not override old versions!) then try again.
