I mean, there isn't even harem crybabies in the thread. The only crybaby I see is a NTR fan, and he's not in the game thread...
Instead there's just one member gently asking for a precision, and Uthuriel giving a point of view based on his experience regarding story building and previous games history. Then come the dev, that probably weighted the arguments, who conclude that he'll finally not consider the possibility to include something that, anyway, he had no real intention to add in first place.

oh yeah, based on his experience? well, based on my experience I'll say the guy in question (Uthuriel) first posted emotionally heavy message "gg dev you fucked your game hard" then when he saw that dev is actually on the fence to backtrack on his initial plans (yes initially he considered adding sharing, he wrote it himself) after first responces, pushed him further, also forcing him to make decision on the spot "if you want support, the tags have to be clear from beginning".
now to argument in question - all I'm saying is that it is perfect example that goes to show how guys like Uthuriel hawking over new threads to try to abuse new devs. they arent discussing anything about the game itself, its always "sharing/swinging=game bad you ruining it". at this point its hard to believe all this fuss is about tag itself rather than overpowering a person (devs in our case) to bend them over backwards.
btw its astounding how you got the narrative twisted to suit your needs, "dev wasnt going to add it", "points based on his experience" - this one is the best honestly experience of what, bullying devs what kind of experience he may possess lmao, then the dev backtracking on his decision in a matter of couple of posts "probably weighted arguments". sure thing buddy

* Someone asks the question politely about how set in stone sharing, ntr etc will be in game or added at a later time. (Without any additional personal opinions either way)
* The dev has a firm clear vision and backbone and states publically if they want to keep it in and that's final or that they wont put it in at all and that's final, not adding it down the line to piss people off. None of this "Well we'll see how it goes bullshit" or "I'll look at the money and see how it goes". No put a clear and firm stance.
* Both sides take this declaration as final, no immature facepalms, no asinine comments like your 1 guy on a porn forum opinion means anything (that includes what I'm writing here, don't expect anyone to actually read or care what I wrote here, and personally I (and you) shouldn't get hung up about it) and just WALK AWAY from the thread, block or ignore if you must.
* Then there are games that suit one party and games to suit the other and never shall they need to meet or antagonise each other.
The ultimate problem is that online, and particularity online social media and forums tend to lend a kind of invincibility to people, especially behind a mask and keyboard where people can't be punched out for their comments has let to a massive EGO drive and now you have the equivalent of the fucking vending machine repairman thinking his opinion means shit to the surgeon about to do a heart bypass. Time and a place, common decency and tact I would say but not gonna happen I guess, everyone had to give their two cents and we have to accept that.

The same few ntr-haters ask about ntr every time a new harem thread shows up, the dev assumes they are asking because they want it so they try to be respectful and not deny with an iron fist even if they were never planning it in the first place.
However the ones asking for it were never interested in ntr, they were just looking for a reason to attack the dev if the answer wasn't an absolute no, and that's what often ends up happening, so silly.

devs should have the creative freedom to do whatever the fuck they want with their own creation and not asking for approval. IMHO if devs would have their minds out of their wallets and and stop trying to win a nonexistent popularity contest I'm sure we would get more game, better game that would dare to try new things.

Op highlighted a real problem, even if in this case it's somewhat false flagging, there are other real instances of devs completely reworking their game because of pressure of pro-con fetishes advocates.
