Very nice so far: An unusual beginning and very good looking models.
But I have some suggestions for improvements:
1. The red eyes of the aunt are totally unrealistic. Any real eye colour, be it blue, green or brown, would be better.
2. The size of the bed looks inconsistent. First there is not enough space for two persons and then there ist space for two pillows and space for two and even some space at their side. They need to be much closer in the bed. Besides it suddenly becomes too short in one picture. Did they rotate by 90 degree there?
3. It is not plausible to me why the MC thinks he cannot have a shower after having changed up his last pair of underwear. That needs more explanation to become plausible. And if the aunt can wear the same clothes as the day before, why can't he?
4. The skin could be smoother here and there.
5. If the father has left them the house, then why did they get kicked out for not paying the rent?
6. A gallery would be great!

No "stupid boring minigames" was a good idea, by the way... No NTR? Even better! Impregnation would be awesome!
I like both games, by the way...
