Yes, it was. I still don't know why that was done, but I vividly remember spending way too much time trying to find some remnant of the guide for the A and B versions. One of the most painful days of my life.

1. not really, but there is in-game help with that. if you buy and equip the ring, it will show hint symbols to complete achievements
2. i dont recall there being more that five enemies on the screen at once, but that is probably an optimization + hardware issue, sorry

I know someone's going to ask again eventually, and while randomly popping up is hilarious, one of the most common plagues on F95 is the failure to use the search function. So it may be best to put the link to the guide somewhere a little more accessible than one random dude's signature...

so i just started the game, downloaded the first link, and im a bit confused. when i go left from the cabin, i can go to a place where theres a few monster girls next to each other, why are they there? and the two next to the cabin too, what are they about/why are they there? also the game never even told me what the original objective was, just teached controls and left. im a bit confused overall..
like, theres a shop, but i cant see what anything i can buy does without buying them (nvm, even after buying the "equipped effects" part doesnt say anything)..why does this game lack so much clarity?? also where can i see a list of all controls?

First, the ones on the pink portal are the girls you capture, the ones outside are logic that have not yet been implemented, it's a sona but they are already modeled and that's how to say it's a beta, to see the controls press F1 there you find them, the game still does not have a final objective, it is still in beta so to speak, the only objective is to capture them and fuck them, and the fact that you can't see the effects is a bug, if not, I know how to fix it

Turns out, reason for item descriptions and stuff to not show up is because i had changed the language to english from top left of the game. for anyone in the future, only change language from the main menu, not from top left.

Also, while I'm here, Muff Diver, if I may bother you for a second, I would like to request that the guide referenced earlier in this thread for the remake of FOBS be linked in the main post. While having it in my signature and having a separate thread dedicated to it definitely helps, it is ultimately still difficult to get to in the case that I am not active on this site for any period of time and only marginally easier even when I am.
