So my point stands. If a game gets the abandoned tag, to anyone but the most zealous and fanatical votaries of porn of all thing, it is usually accurate.

I actually don't know what our policy is about rdo-over/recode/you get the point, but IMO we should start being far harsher about that crap, even if it means having a new tag warning about it.

But if you want to count negative progress as an update, whatever I guess.

100% Agree that we need to be a bit harsher, and those devs that seem to only update when their game gets the ABANDONED tag (cough cough Bones' Tales, Kincaid, Crisis Point, etc.) and only provide some bs bugfix and maybe a couple lines of dialog, should still keep the abandoned tag until they've made an update with actual progress

i do not know how the hell you are escaping from monsters hold i click the buttons left arrow and right arrow it fil up but i do not break free drop back down wtf ?

Hey, lurker here, found a fix (at least on my end) for the "There was an error selecting and acquiring the device." issue
Right click on the fobs executable, go to compatability, change high dpi settings, and tick "high dpi scaling override"
(If you can't follow the instructions due to having a different OS, look for a guide to how to fix screen issues with hotline miami, that's the same fix as this.)
(edit: you can also tick 'run in 640x480 screen resolution' but it looks like ass)

now that zell has returned and is modernizing his flagship game all i need is a return of grimhelm

Fr, Grimhelm was king of putting out some quality games. I remember when he dropped the demo for AQE and told everyone he was done making games, then out of nowhere "here you go I decided to finish it anyways"

Idk why you replied to mine, but in the newest demo, if you're unable to escape, it's because the progress bar hasn't been programed to the escape yet. This is an early demo and essentially just a concept with the new engine Zell is using

I did, and that's what I was saying. The current demo is very barebones and doesn't have a proper escape mechanic implemented yet

What happened to shinra no yakata?? did they scrap the project??

from what I understand shiro no yakata was completed, that is; zell did his part, and now the main programmer just needs to tie it all together as something more of a game instead of just a gallery.

The game is being remade, it just released 2 versions already (1 per month) so I don't know where you read that but if it's from something "old" then it's wrong.

It's complete as far as Zell has done his part with animation, the main programmer still has to turn it in to a game rather than it's current state as pretty much a gallery. That's why we aren't getting further demo updates and Zell has moved back to the FOBS remake in the mean time.

go back to page 1 and click on the spoiler under Old Builds, there will be 2 downloads there for the actual games. For some reason the first download link is just for the june demo which isnt a real game. The original FOBS games are also just free and you can get them on the creators website

They were talking about other game and they only said that the part that is made by Zell (developer of FOBS) is done but not the rest.
