Do anyone remember where/if it was posted how to extract FOBS animations and sounds? I would like to have a couple of background music that sounds good, like the one where you do the bunny girl test or BGM in general.

Also, while I'm here, Muff Diver, if I may bother you for a second, I would like to request that the guide referenced earlier in this thread for the remake of FOBS be linked in the main post. While having it in my signature and having a separate thread dedicated to it definitely helps, it is ultimately still difficult to get to in the case that I am not active on this site for any period of time and only marginally easier even when I am.

so i just started the game, downloaded the first link, and im a bit confused. when i go left from the cabin, i can go to a place where theres a few monster girls next to each other, why are they there? and the two next to the cabin too, what are they about/why are they there? also the game never even told me what the original objective was, just teached controls and left. im a bit confused overall..
like, theres a shop, but i cant see what anything i can buy does without buying them (nvm, even after buying the "equipped effects" part doesnt say anything)..why does this game lack so much clarity?? also where can i see a list of all controls?

Turns out, reason for item descriptions and stuff to not show up is because i had changed the language to english from top left of the game. for anyone in the future, only change language from the main menu, not from top left.

Seeing as this was also deleted I'm curious to know what was going on here.

Yep. Save files from previous versions of FOBS-R are compatible with newer versions. but you do have to find the save file manually (I think there's a file for PixelGameMaker and the save files of games running with its engine in the Program Files of your main drive, if I remember correctly?) and transfer it over to the new version.

oops, it was ublock, apparently i blocked the signature element at some point in the past... usually they aren't actually useful, so i forgot i did that.

The best way to get a mod's attention for that is to report the OP, select "Other", and then put the link to your guide and request it to be put on the OP

I have come to realize that the reason the game does not work with the MSVCR110 file is because you probably aren't using the 32bit file version of MSVCR110 and therefore causing the 0xc000007b error.

For all those having the MSVCR issue, just use this and you'll be fine.
