Does anyone know if we can talk to the purple hood lady in Shiro no Yakata 1.18, or is there a bug that prevents us from doing so? The arrow icon appears over her head but I can't talk to her by pressing up button

Not sure why but the game crashes when I attempt to fullscreen (f4) it. I've had this happen with one other game but usually f4 works for me. Anyone have any idea how to fix? I get a windows sound when it tries to fullscreen like windows itself is blocking it.
