You download the latest one from any of the 5 sharing sites on the first page. The "Old Builds" tab are there to see the previous works Zell did for this game.

Man, this was my favorite H game years ago. I wish I could erase my memory so I could have that excitement of not knowing the monster girls in order to find out how to defeat and fuck each and every one of them for the first time again.

Nothing, they are obviously the same.
They are just not uploaded by the japanese uploader themselves.
This site is for those who either can't support or don't want to support the people who make the games, art or animation but still want to download it.
If you are supporting them that's great!
You get the game sooner then the others on here and you make sure that Zell can keep on making FOBS and other projects.

Well Im still confused because I downloaded from this site and it said its a demo and the map looks very different from the version from the uploader site, I dont know which one I should play or what to download, the walkthrough here looks like its describing the one from the uploader site, but everything I could find is in japanese including Zell's site and my browser for some reason doesnt support translating the whole site.

Basically I dont know what version is the correct one to play and where to find it. Currently I am playing the FOBS A 1.20 from the japanese uploader site, but if there is a different "more correct" or newer or whatever version there is I would gladly play that even if its paid. Im just a bit confused

Zell had a blog but the site is gone and shouldn't be visited no more.

Second the engine used by Zell was very limited in size.
They had to split the game into 2 before they stopped development to find a better engine to make the game in. (those being version A and B)
They started development again last year which we are referring to as version R now.
Don't worry, there is not right or wrong versions, A and B are just the old but more complete versions while R is the remastered and currently in progress version.
Which you play is up to you as there isn't an overarching story or anything deep but if you wanna play them in order start with A than B and lastly R.
Latest version of A is 1.20 and B is 1.05 while R is updated regularly every end of the month so just check their

And the Pixiv page I think I found but couldnt read anything, found some other Zell's blog page.

So Im guessing the one I downloaded from the getuploader is fine?

yeah I saw the front page, the issue is that I can't find specific walkthroughs that explain how to get to other areas. the walkthrough is kinda basic.

It says demo 4 30 because that is going of the date the build was published on which is April 30th so it is called April build.
To avoid confusion the front page's links should say version R when downloading in my opinion.
As for why you can't read anything it is an Asien site after all and Zell doesn't translates their posts.
I usually just go and copy the whole posts and put them in google translate since I can't get browser translations to work.
I don't know getuploader but it's best to just stick to this and Fanbox.

can anyone please tell me how to get to the button in the room with the alraunes? I can't find anywhere else saying how to do it and I can't figure it out on my own, I've cleared all the other rooms in the tunnels and now I just need the one in the alraune room but I just can't figure it out

Eh, you can ask here, no worries.
Anyway just use the search bar at the top of the page while in this thread, set the search from everywhere to "this thread" then search for posts by Nobel Kind.
They usually posted mega links to that back when it got updates.
