when i download the zip file and extracted them, im unable to open the game, usually theres an icon within the file which grants you access to the game, now i don't see them anywhere and clicking any either of the file there doesn't help me, is there a way to fix this?

saddeningly, i don't see it, i am only presented with with the Player Icon, and nothing else, i believe there is something that i did not install along with the game, though i dont know what it is
a lot of computers hide file extensions (that's the ".exe" part) by default. double-click on the thing that says "player" and the game should go.
if you want to see file extensions, open your file browser and click the "view" tab at the top, then make sure the box labelled "file name extensions" is checked. though, it looks like that's the only one that's hidden, so there may be something weirder going on.

whenever i click on the application/icon it says im missing the program 'msvcp120.dll' to which i then downloaded and installed, and then it said im missing 'msvcp.100.dll' then after doing THAT it just turns back to mscvp.120.
i don't get whats wrong with this thing, i think i've screwed up this dying laptop system and stuff, although thanks for that file name extension, made stuff more easier now for me

msvcp stands for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package, older applications written in c++ will require various versions of this to run and will often include the appropriate installer though this is not the case here
you can try grabbing an installer here

i've done this already, but it just keeps popping on the same "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP120.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
unfortunate honestly, i'll try to find a workaround this

How to transfer save data
↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
In the Resources folder, there is a SAVE. Move it to the same location in the new game.
You can visualize the monsters that cannot be captured. I put it last time, but I will put it again.
Are they talking about the saves from Version A and B or something else ? What are the monsters that cannot be captured ?

They're talking about FOBS-R, which has a few monsters that can't be captured either because their methods haven't been implemented or they HAVE been implemented and just don't work properly yet. The save data transfer is something you can do with R since it's been getting new versions monthly for a while now.
