I can't believe it. I went through this entire forum and tried every method I saw and none of them worked and this is what finally works. Thanks I appreciate the help and hope others with same problem also see this.
On another note will it stop working once the 30 day demo expires?

Only reason it didn't work was cause you didn't have the dependencies.

You must not have had visualstudio redistributable or directx installed, which to me is insanity. Like... almost every normal pc game requires them.

This doesn't hold up because I do not have Pixel Game Maker MV and it works fine for me. As TheUnsaid stated, you were simply missing the appropriate Visual Studio C++ dependencies (
