Not the original game, it's in FOBS 1228 version which I still have. I am assuming no damage run will most likely proc this scene.

Alright, a bit of inaccurate history lessen on Zell.
I found out by going to the back end of their Pixiv FANBOX page, the first posts so to speak, there where and still are posts of the original FOBS demos!
It also looks like that Zell always works this way as we see in the remake, in that horror gallery period of posts, all the way back to those original demos.
Make a new scene, drop it into the program at the end of the month, repeat.
Some times some other things might be added too.
Most importantly there are unreleased monsters that never showed up in either A or B version!
One of them has even been added to the December build!
It's the small one with white tiger striped limbs in the starting area called Byakko.
So in conclusion Zell's way of releasing demos never changed, Byakko is an call back and if you wanna see the old demos

I don’t see what would warrant anything to it being a inaccurate history lesson, which is not really relevant to say as it was more of a conversation but I digress, as it is true in comparing that version to the current one he has revamped quite a bit as some of the gameplay mechanics have been replaced from the older version of demos. Additionally, I have been lurking around for years, I have been following this guy for a lot longer than I would feel ok to admit, plus is it really worth proof reading on a porn forum?

Yes. The first time you fight her, you should be able to capture her whether or not you took damage, but if you do it again without taking damage, the sequence that's supposed to give you the achievement is either unfinished or straight up broken, so it will softlock you every time.

I suspect the green harpy capture method might involve the Yamabiko ability somehow? Just a guess is all, and considering that said ability isn't even in the game yet (at least to my knowledge) it would mean capturing her is impossible for the moment. Assuming I'm right, anyways.
