If you're talking about the janurary build, it's a beta/demo build of a greater eventual full remake, it's there from the get go, it's the s key.

If you're talking about the original Verson A, no it's not unlocked from the start, it never was, you had to beat the monkey girl boss and you got it after beating her.

most of them just give small stat buffs far as i've found so far(i'm missing like 6 of them in my save atm though) you can make it show the description text for them instead of a blank square by setting the player to Japanese(Settings>Game screen top left) and the ingame language setting to English

Unfortunately, no. I play the game between 10-15 FPS. I don't have such a problem in the old versions of FOB, I don't have any problems with other games. I think there is a problem with the optimization of the game.Most likely, the background of the game puts a lot of strain on the phone (Leaf fall, Trees etc.) I had tried to erase the background before, but for some reason I can't open the game's png files on my phone. (other games didn't have such a problem) so I couldn't find the background parts.
