It may not have fully updated at that time then, my bad. (That said, had you read through the entire first paragraph, you would have seen the same warning, but that's beside the point.) Still though, I encourage you to try and get it yourself. It's really not that hard of a bug to avoid.

Yeah for whatever reason I still couldn't get it somehow, so I just redownloaded the build and now it somehow works, still can't tell if it was a bug or my build was just haywire. Important thing is that she appears now, thanks for the help

So, for the Bar Minigame, basically number them from 1-4, and remember this: 2 41 231 4132

You have to fail the Perfect Order minigame. Generally, if you haven't 100%ed the map, you haven't collected everything, so make sure to check the 100% guide for any items you may have missed if your map's incomplete.

There's a room you need to go back to near the base. If you were paying attention, you'll notice that there was something that required an item you didn't have yet.
