One more question, I have seen that every month the demo (new content) is updated, should I install each recent demo already having the previous demos?

Yes, you're required to download the new version again when it becomes available.
Fortunately it's not an "install" - just extract the archive (unpack the files into a folder) and run the game's executable
You can also transfer your save data by moving the contents of \Resources\save from the old version to the new!
And for clarity: you don't have to "update" the old version with anything from the new - they're standalone. Just extract the new game files in new folder, and after moving over your save file and verifying that it works, you can delete the old game folder (unless you wanna keep the old version for some reason).
