The only thing I know is that Zell added the Rat Girl panel (it's located at the black mansion, where the pink slimes dwell)

Pretty sure it's when you can infinitely loop the scene after PC has cum, instead of getting booted out and having to start again, some scenes do this, others don't; the new mouse girl does.

It just means you don't have a specific directx installed.
Mind if I ask what operating system you have?
Windows 10 should be pretty good about coming pre-installed with directx8-11.
