that's because you downloaded the game with the files individually, you need to right click and select "store in the cloud" it worked for me

No it does not work. It tells me that a dll is missing, I don't know what's going on.
that's because mega downloads the files individually, so the game doesn't work because the files are not in the right place, i downloaded it with my mega account, and then i clicked in "import to my cloud" and it downloads the game in the right way

A Microsoft Visual Pack library or someting like this is missing on your computer to be able to run this program.
Fix it and try to run the game again.

- Go to : Control Panel > Uninstall Program > Turn Windows Features on or off > Enable .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) Then : Choose Let Windows Update download the files for you
- Go to : Control Panel > Uninstall Program > Turn Windows Features on or off > Enable .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services
- Download and Install DirectX End-User Runtime
- Look for new updates for DirextX, NET Framework and Microsoft Visual in Windows Update
- Reboot your computer
- Try launching the game again
