Overview:
Marzia and her adventurer party have made a shopping trip to Gemini Fort,
red light district and entertainment town for adventurers.
After spending a night in town, they awake the next morning to find their bodies in various states of disturbing upheaval!

One girl is cursed to have underpants explode whenever she tries to put them on...
Another has been marked with a magic rune that guarantees conception with whoever (or whatever) violates her...
And another girl is stuck with a futanari appendage that won't go away, no matter how many times she cums!

They've lost all memories of the previous night, and that's only the start of where things get tough for these girls.
Just what happened in Gemini Fort last night? The adventurers must return once more to the town to seek out the truth.​

It is indeed decently translated and good. Sadly it doesn't have much in the way of RPG elements, but the focus on the mystery solving aspect is very interesting in its own way. Game is also pretty short, but being longer would not help the mysteries.

Edit: Also I hope this means we have hope to see other Tsukinomizu games officially translated. If the translation is on the level of this one, then I have no objections. They would probably start with the other short games like the Leaf trap PRG, but hopefully translating the longer games wouldn't be out of the question.
