My memories on this one are pretty vague but if any of you can identify it from the scraps it'd be much appreciated:
It's an rpg game that has a combat system sort of like valkyria chronicles or fire emblem in the fact that you're team acts and then the enemy acts.
You have a birds eye view of the battlefield and there's some arbitrary conditions to meet on some stages to 100% it.
You can recruit some of the monsters, and there's unique costumes avalible for them if you unlock them.
One of them is like a metal slime that can become a metal slime girl, or a leech that can become a leech girl.
The way you recruit these monsters if i recall right is having sex with them.
You can recruit multiple companions each with unique sex scenes and costumes, but all of them can have a futa costume.
I unfortunately can't recall much about the story.
There's some minigames in the hub area, and in one of the earlier versions an arena that breaks the game if you try to access it.
