A simple way, though functional, would be to clone and edit the world in question, adding a trait that defines your character's gender. e.g., having traits like traitname: Futanari, description: You are a futanari with both a penis and vagina. That's what Jake James did in their world, and it works quite well.

To prevent AI from changing max stats just edit the stats prompt to remove the instructions that tell the AI how to change max values.
Status prompt? If you mean Stat Updates Prompt its for the AI to update the numbers in your stats, that's it.
*Was the issue with resetting custom stats fixed? or will that be a later version? No matter what I do I cannot get the app side custom stats, say Bladder in this case, to ever go below the amount it is raised to. So from 0 - 45 is fine, but then going from 45 to 0 will not update in app.
leaked memory? can you give more detail? How do you notice that because each world is like 10mb at most.
the download version of the game. the build up happens when you use the new save feature in edit world when it fails to save. so i suspect that it keeps trying to save endlessly, downloading the world and replacing it, that works fine, no problem there.

I can't reproduce this, what I see: Formamorph using 114MB in task manager, press Save in the World Editor, Formamorph memory usage shoot up to 134MB but immediately reduce back down to 110MB in a few seconds
