To not break your ribs when the vine catches you select try to swing - then you can grab onto the cliff, then grab some roots, the a tree trunk to get down safely

Gas is in the shed on the docks. Look at the shed then look in the window and examine the gas can and the window you can see the opposite side. This allows you to go aroundand try and get in the window (and fail to trigger the next bit of the quest)

first time Anna comes = don't move
second time Clara comes = hide in the corner
it should unlocks the achievement

you have to take the laxatives during the infarmary scene with Sasha (at the very end of the scene instead of checking her ass), then ask for Alex to run naked after defeated him at volleyb-all and use the laxatives on his drinks while he is running naked.
