I can't remember what you're supposed to do in that part exactly, but the hints are usually on point. Try looking in all the rooms and if that doesn't work, you might need to advance the story before the event will trigger.

hey i figured it out just copy the images of an already established 0.24 link into the 0.29 save it should work out fine as the established images will be called upon correctly
