There are several ways to ask for something, but in this case something like "Could you make this work for book 1 and 3 as well, please?" could be appropriate phrasing, your way is rather more demanding: "Please do it [...]".
But for the answer, of course it is planned, but it takes time and this mod isn't his only focus in modding/etc.

Read the OP description first, the mod covers only book 2 for now.
I don't know how it was about book 1, but next is book 3, but that gets delayed because he works on Ecchi Sensei for now (see post above yours).

There used to be downloaded one but it was way back like book 2 when there was only one route. The is a walkthrough on lains git hub
