each of the books, different routes provide different events, so i recommend playing both routes for each book, or sou indeed miss quite some content. that difference in routes is less in book 1 though, maybe it will be polished and updated if they still got the muscle after finishing the whole game. but as far as your question goes, you have pretty much 8 different stories in one game, last one bk4 love route is in the works..

Not for sexy time i think but if i remember correctly she appears at the end of book 3 but i dont remember which route though
play both, each tell a diferent story with diferent events and scenes. i think only b1 is similar.
just as an example, in SL route of b2, you play a slave with alot of dom sub play, love route is an incest love story.

Turn it one way until it clicks (or the eyes come on, I can't remember) Then turn it the other way I think.
i was able to activate the eye of the snake spin of the right side

Slave route - just keep visiting her at night. It's not a scene if that's what you're asking. It's more like a little joke.
Spin it right then. You'll see as long as you aren't holding ctrl that it goes click! when you do something right. Keep spinning it until until it doesn't say click! then do the actions in the same pattern that you were getting the click! until you hit the part where you failed and do the opposite action. It will go click! Do this until it lights up. It's the same thing from book 1 where you have to go through the mine to get the pornlove - where you have to go the right way and when you do it gets lighter.
