Personally I am happy with the direction they are going with toph. It seems like they will keep the character model pretty close to the show. I like small breasts but that does not make me a pedophile. Pedo's are attracted to underage children. If I remember correctly it is stated in the game that this is taking place in an alternate reality or something where things are happening later and thus the characters are older. So even if toph looks the same as in the show she, for the cannon of this games universe, is probably at least 18. The same has been true for all of the characters in the game. I don't see why people would have a problem with it now. In the original show Katara, Azula, and most of the characters that have been in the game so far where underage. Their models in the game are the same as they where on the show, but for the story of this game they are still at least 18. In the show yes toph was a child but in this game she is not. Regardless of how she looks.
The game and the characters in it are based on a property that already exists but this game itself is being created by someone else. Mity is the creator of this game and the author of its story. They are the only ones who get to decide the rules of the world and characters they have created. If they say the character is 18 then she is. In the game of thrones books Daenerys was thirteen in the first book but the creators of the show decided to change her character to be older.
Every time I see these discussions it is always the same thing. Obviously this doesn't apply to everyone but for some of those people commenting I honestly don't think they complain about this stuff because they even care about loli or pedophilia or any of that. The only "dressing" option is to give her the golden "bimbo" ear rings. You have to wander the alleys during day to find them. (not really worth it as she won't wear them in the hentai scenes)
You're on love route. Possible things you have to do:
- Win more battles and become general
- Help captain Rei making the right tactical decisions
- speak with your uncle in the prison (you need the blue spirit mask for this, that's why you have to >>>)
- capture the thief (Lia) in the alleys at night. (don't free her but send her to prison for extra hentai scenes)
- become bartender

Right, if people here actually gave a damn; then they wouldn't be here, they'd actually be doing something about it. Studying and researching or working with the police who patrol suspected circles, not sitting at their computer and moaning.
That aside, younger Toph is how I remember her the best. I don't know an adult Toph, so I wouldn't look forward to that. I know Toph as an old woman, but she was a boner killer.
Toph never had "decent size titties" as you put it. In the original show there is a beach episode that gives an idea of her breast size and they are fairly small. At that time I think she was around thirteen years old. Later in korra you see her briefly as an adult and an old woman and she still has fairly small breasts. This character just has small breasts and that is that. This game tries to keep fairly close to the original artwork for the show. So to give toph large breasts in this game would be completely out of character for her regardless of her age.

*sigh* I played this game before and somehow triggered it,but now for now azula is all 3 in her slave route and when I try to go to the tower I get nothing there (did I miss somethin) oh and when i try the sex option she mumble somethin about it bein pristine and out of reach (for now)
Vote was for end of the month. I'd guess next week. Maybe over the weekend if we're really lucky.
There have been two preview images for Toph, one from the dev update and one from the Halloween update as part of the Halloween costumes file. If the Halloween update is accurate, she'll be pretty flat by default but still with some curves. It sounds like there will be bustier side characters too, which makes me think we might see Suki.
