I think the completion of the quest is just leading to the sex with Jinora with a condom on and/or finishing inside scenes. If I remember right you just need to keep talking to Pema and it should complete. You might have to do Pema's little fetch quests of getting the porno from the bookstore by the hotel but I'm not sure.
where is that and how unlock it is it in a love route...? i didn't get anything new in this update

I think you need to talk with her about wanting to see her younger self in the south pole when you get lost in the snow. If you don't do this the scene will not trigger

I'm curious if giving Jinora a creampie will lock you out of the harem ending. Hopefully it just makes her pregnant.
