Yes, Katara's footjob is book 1 love route exclusive. Same for handjob and masturbation and the most important, kissing.
So far only the ending of book 2 love has meaningful consequences (for book 4 love route), depending if you choose Mai or Azula.
More reason to restart a playthrough with all love then !
(except Korra if she's the one in book 4... Always slave for that one...)

You will definitely miss out. Book 4 love route is excellent, and it starts by focusing on how Korra turned from an arrogant bitch that goes "I will be the best avatar ever!" to a broken and depressed cripple.

It's going to be a sad day when FET is completed but it will be nice knowing mity's other games will be able to grow as this one did.
Bk2 morality changes some endings. You can easily keep it close to 0 by shoving food down the slave girls throat though and then see all the endings from 1 playthrough. Also arming the cows.. I mean human slaves does effect the ending if you want to see a prison break. Though arming the cows is a tradeoff with seeing Mai naked.. its a tough call.
So Love route makes Korra miserable and calls her out for her bullshit ? Interesting... Will have to do it too then

Well, yes. It depends whether you chose Mai or Azzy as your spouse. You meet them again in book 4, and get to shag the one you chose in Bk2
I'm glad they are finally adding some form a continuity. I'm hoping when the game is complete that a play through from start to end will reflect the choices you make along the way. This would also give the player an incentive to be a hero rather than just being a rapey asshole.
