Well if you want an in depth answer I'll give one. Russians are very poor so they can't afford namebrand gaming consoles like an Xbox, PS, Nintendo, etc since the prices of those are fixed and don't change based on the economy of the location they are sold in. Computers and their parts however don't have fixed prices, so in areas with lower incomes you can buy a pc for very cheap.
An Xbox will cost $400 USD anywhere in the world, no matter the country. $400 USD is like a month's salary in Russia. The price of a decent graphics card will change depending on where it's sold. In the US you can buy one for ~$350 USD, but in Poland you can buy one for like ~$50 USD.
This leads to Russia being a PC dominated market since Russians can't afford consoles but can afford computers. So basically Russians only play games on PC, but since they are poor they can't really afford to buy games which is why they play a lot of free games. 95% of adult games are free and only on computers, so Russians make up a large portion of the people who play adult games.
Ever since Patreon became a thing, if some Russian is able to make an adult game and earn a paltry $300 USD a month from it, well that's more money than he was making before working fulltime at a factory job.

The biggest reason why no consoles in russia ( i mean why there much more PC than consoles) because price of the games. There is no PS4 or Xbox one pirate games, but plenty for PC.
Also usually PC could be used not only for gaming.

I finished book 1 with slave route and now I'm playing book 2 and there is the choice for love or slave route again. It says the two routes are very different. Played a bit and my guess is that the slave route is more for people that love to be ''dominated''? Because you are in the body of the prisoner boy.
