Yeah i'm aware of the lore dude I'm also aware the guy has been taking liberty with how things work in his fan made game so i'm pretty comfortable throwing ideas out while we wait. Your interpretation of what was said and the reactions to what was said are valid and probably right but I also don't think the way i walked away from it is unfair either. He's listening to the radio talk about how spirits have been going crazy since she died and then the main spirit lady shows up and tells him she messed up when she died and he just acts generally shocked. Either way I don't really care how it plays out just throwing out ideas.

Hey there, I have a question. How often this game is updated? The version numbers seem same every time to me(I didn't look carefully so idk about 7.x or a-b-c etc).

The old version is deleted. Download new
Download the game from the OP
Before downloading you can see the version number.
That's all you need to know.
(What has changed can be viewed in the Changelog. If the version comes out in a month or more after the last update, then there is new content there. If the version is marked as hunting for bugs, then the next versions will be sent to fix bugs. Just changing letters without changing numbers means working on bugs.)

I need a bit of help here.

I put the game on hold until the end of book3, I checked back recently and saw the changelog of 0.7.8c saying it's completed ("Route End and thus the end of book 3").
Started playing and at the tunnels after running the into Long Feng dude I had a decision to make regarding love/slave routes, and it said something like "Route is still in development".

Which is it?
Are both routes completed and someone just forgot to take this message out of the game,
or is one route still in development?

Both routes are complete besides maybe bug fixing.

Mity only just finished the Love Route for Book 3. There hasn't been enough time to even get the bare-bones set up for the beginning of Book 4. Give Mity time to actually plan things out and get something started.
