Like before, no dice on the approval.

I'm updating using my own account because the current situation we find ourselves in is primarily my fault. I pushed for the team to go forward with the announcement in spite of the fact everything wasn't ready. In hindsight talking about our planned date without all our ducks in a row was clearly a mistake, so if you want to smack someone upside the head, I'm your guy. Consider it a lesson (hopefully) learned.

We'll continue to touch base with you guys daily and release it as soon as we're able to. Sorry the the inconsistency and rocky start. Hopefully we won't give CDProjektRed a run for their money and delay much more.

I have a feeling that the platform you want to upload your project there just didn't want to approve it thus up until now it still won't get pass, so maybe you should consider a few other platforms as alternate option just in case. Not just that but I would love if you can share a few samples of the recent game demo as a teaser to make us know what will we expect and prepare to support you when it hit on the platform (Patreon?)

We haven't heard anything yet (It's the weekend and they might only operate on business days). We've sent two follow up e-mails since this whole thing started. One replied, linking us to their FAQ. The other, which was sent on Thursday, hasn't gotten a response yet.

Since there's not really much we can do other than wait for them to get their act together, we've been working on adding more content and focusing on the things we can control. I'm finishing some additional assets for an existing scene today and Felipons has more or less finished the code for it. After that we're going to bug test it to make sure it all works as intended.

We've discussed the possibility of releasing in spite of not being setup on all the platforms we had planned, but there's alot of good reasons for why we shouldn't, especially in regards to the potential viability of the project over the next 6 months. So for the time being we're electing to hold fast and polish existing content.

We've set a in house deadline for how long we are going to wait on approval. If the this date comes and we're still waiting, we're going to rearrange our current plans so we can launch without that platform. I'm not going to share that date as it may take some additional time to implement the new plan, and we don't want to repeat the same mistake we made last time. The main reason I mention this is so that you know there's a contingency plan and that this won't be an indefinite affair.

Can you suggest any specific characters or options? At the moment our goal was to use proportions similar to or in line with the show as we thought that's what people would want to see, but we want this project to be directed by community feedback so we want to hear your suggestions.

All I will say on this is, and anyone can see my signature and know I have the top 2 most controversial genres combined for added fun, whatever fetishes or art design or story you do there are 2 things:

1) It is YOUR game. Whatever direction you go, do it. Stick to your guns and don't try to please everyone. It is impossible to do. Some genres will be more popular than others sure but it's about the story you want to tell. You could add anything and you will gain or lose people. However you can minimise that with point 2 and with the following, stick to a fetish and that path. Adding a fetish, then losing people only to remove it to kowtow to them is far worse than simply leaving it in. It affects peoples perception to how disciplined, how focused and what the real motivation of the developer is. Plus it takes up development time that could be used elsewhere. Better to have added something, make it optional and move on rather than being pulled in different directions.

An example was brought up related to a similiar game where there was, at first, a mandatory, unavoidable trap NTR scene put in the game. Big mistake on 2 counts: 1. It was unavoidable from the start. 2) Although later made avoidable, the vanilla fan damage had already been done, worse now NTR fans started to look at the game but the dev was shook and only added 1 more scene. So in the end a pure vanilla game lost a lot of support for an unavoidable scene, attracted NTR followers only for there to end up with only 2 scenes in the game. So you ended up with both vanilla and NTR fans annoyed. Lots of scenes, high quality and avoidable, happy days for all except that minority of people in both camps who have to complain about anything.

2) Minimising people bitching and whining because you don't have or you do have certain fetishes in game can be done simply by making an OPTIONAL button in the settings, or displaying in <> that a choice leads to that certain fetish. Also make sure that simply selecting NOT to go with a choice means you dont simply skip it. Some games do that, allow you to skip futa, gay or ntr scenes but the scene still happens in the background. Fine for me but some people don't like that since it still happens offscreen i.e. it still happens.

That being said, people into stuff will make suggestions so....

Are you adding Azula to the game and if so could you give her an OPTIONAL dick? Thanks. Hey come on vanilla fans, I did say optional. We can get along.

It’s here! Our demo is finally out!

We want to emphasize that this is a DEMO. Most of the assets in the demo are incomplete and still need a lot of work done (clean up, shading, etc.). There are also some assets that have yet to be made, these are often substituted by narration for time being. Having said that, we feel as though there is enough here and it’s in a complete enough state to at least give you guys an idea of what you can expect the game to be like.

There are many systems and features that have working prototypes, but are not present in the demo as we have yet to reach the point in the game where they will become available. Some of these systems include:

- Wardrobe system
- Character posing and expressions (Some are present in the Demo)
- Open world map (Kyoshi Island will be one of the places you can visit and return to).
- Character progression & Quests.

If you enjoy the demo, we hope that you might consider supporting development.

The future development and speed of the progress on the game will be dependent on whether we obtain enough support to make it viable. We are committing to at least two main releases for the time being, and will assess whether the project is viable after the second release. So if you liked the demo, want to see more and help us spend more time on it, we hope that you might contribute to its development.

We understand that not everyone is able to directly support the project, even if they want to. We want to assure these people that every release and any content produced for this game, will be made available to the public for free, with no in-game features being locked behind any paywalls.

There is one specific perk we want to mention here though, as it impacts how content is produced for the game. We want to give every supporter of the project a voice in development. To achieve this, every supporter will be able to vote on “Next Content Update” polls. The winning option of these polls will be the content that is produced for the next patch of the game. We want to stress that any content that’s put forward to a poll, is content that will make it into the game before it’s completion. This means that, even if what you voted for didn’t win this time, you will see it in the game at some point and it will be put to a vote again.

alright we'll have serious discussion this time. copyright infringement and ownership. all ideas involved in the project and demo essentially belongs to me since I was one who started this project originally.

to be honest, you guys actually hurt me pretty deep and I had issues with it since then. most of ideas we discussed originally came up on spot with me and some of it was your idea but ultimately it was mixed ideas and concept on my project. you guys moved on without me. I took two day leave of absence and of sudden, you dropped me and took the entire project to build on your own. you didn't even asked me to build it on your own. you just asked me to step down as manager and I said yes, but only for two day leave of absence. I was going through some pretty tough stuff at the time. but I definitely didn't agree with my project being taken by my own original team to build and develop on their own. I knew this would potentially cause issues if I spoke out about it. I had to keep my mouth quiet.. because I hate hurting or complicate things.. especially when it's my original project whose ideas and concepts came from us together. I was really having tough time with all this. I didn't exactly planned for project to be under anyone's charge without my expressed, written permission or even gave a okay for it.

I wasn't really serious about stepping down because I have commitment to see my projects finished to the end.. through and through. when you moved on without me, and took the project that actually was the same Avatar's Journey game but you only changed with the title name but its elements, storylines remains same. yet I had to start a new team just to finish Avatar's Journey. but because of all this.. I'm feeling angry and betrayed by you guys. this meant that here was chance that I'd probably have to start over with Avatar's Journey game... as in all over completely. it probably won't be Avatar's Journey.. it'll be different, new title name and all. in the rule I always had for my community and especially my own teams/family whom I consider as friends... I wouldn't give up on family and see the project finished, support my family, my community, my team all the way no matter what. even if each of them had their own project separate from their main common project.

the point of this.. I don't blame you guys. I just feel disappointed about everything started with that day and moment. I know I agreed to this... but I wish here was something more to this than just doing it on their own. we.. do it together as team. not as opposites but as equals.

I totally understand the reason why you wanted to do it on your own without me. I forgive you guys. I wish you all the best of luck and success. I know the game of yours will be best. it was our project, but it belongs to you. your own project. my project.. to our project and finally, your project.

Him (some no-name) reaching out to Mity (four elements trainer dev) asking to transfer game rights to him shows he has a bad judgment.
Writing publicly a smear post also shows he has a bad judgment
Thoughts to divide his "avatar" project into NSFW/SFW versions also show he has a bad judgment. It's creating 2 separate games. 1 game is a massive work already. Cutting out porn elements from the game? Why? You wouldn't able to sell it anyways.
6 months+ and still don't know what kind of game you want to make? SFW? NSFW? Trainer? Open world RPG?
All signs just show that Team made the right choice getting rid of you.

You're manager, right? What's your involvement with the project? Ideas? They come cheaply unless you provided them with an actual script, like in writing, with content (work), they took it and run off, which I doubt is the case.
Did they steal your codding, art, writing? Maybe you supported them financialy? If not, you have no right to complain. Porn game development does not need a "manager". Right now it sounds like just because you came up with the idea to make an avatar game you expect others who actually does the work to slave for you. Down the road, money will come in. Is it worth splitting earnings with some "idea" man?

I'm the original creator/founder of Avatar's Journey game which the original team I formed for Avatar's Journey is the same team behind Four Nations game. all ideas and concepts currently in use for FN game is same AJ game. and you hadn't even seen the original post that stated I was behind everything that led to Four Nations game. if you're going to discriminate/be rude to me.. please don't hesitate to use block feature. thank you.
