By the way, here's some news about FF:HR!

The 0.4 version is almost ready, just requiring a few finishing touches before I can send it to the playtesters. My goal is to have the public version released before Christmas.

It'll feature G'raha's full storyline, both in Romance and Friendship Routes, as well as most of the Noscean zones, the Paladin and Culinarian jobs, and a few new mechanics (Defending in battle, Treasure hunts, Dungeons)

The 0.5 character was decided by default when Hilda won the "Hilda/Kan-E-Senna" poll for 0.3 : next update will add the forest chick as well as the White Mage job and the whole Gridania zone.

Although, because Kan-E-Senna's routes will be shorter than other characters (there's less to do with her, narratively speaking, than with G'raha, for example), I'm planning on adding another similar character as well, and have a scene involving the two of them.

the game has a lot of potential, t'is sad that I played the game for the male elf route and you don't have the choice to be the top, you are just the bottom, it would be nice if the games at least given you the choice to say no, or like "so you're a top too, what about 69" choice, 99% of these games are either you are the brazen lonely bottom or a dominant leader bottom, if you read this mr. developer, i liked where the game is going, just give us more choices with him pleaseeeee ^^

My word I also need to ask about characters that might be less considered like certain Primals, Voidsent and Sin Eater. I imagine that a form of control gets established that works on all 3 types of enemies that you can use during combat to tame them (wether enslavement or some other thing that makes them not violently transform people). Could allow a Shiva romance, possibly allowing Ysayle to return. Also Lakshmi needs to get pounded into the ground, she needs to get absolutely dominated, same with Barbariccia. (Just spitballing again)

Also thank you for adding a Tank role, I couldn't play the game without me being the shield.

PSA : There's currently a bug where starting a new game grants you 320 Turquoise and 320 Galliminus scales. That's because I mixed up the base quantity and the gil value of these items. It's not game-breaking so it won't need an instant bugfix, but expect a 0.4.2 at some point.

After the Stormblood girls poll (Lyse/Yugiri) for 0.7, I'll make a Stormblood boys poll between Raubahn and Hien. Depending on who wins, he will be added in either 0.8 or 0.10

The MILF is 110% planned. And the DILF too, for that matter. It might be in a while, but I'm planning on adding both Ameliance and Fourchenault at some point, giving the player the option to either romance one, or the other, or both.

I'm already planning in the future to have a timeskip in order to add Dawntrail characters (Shale my beloved) and whatever expac comes next. That'll also age up some characters (the twins, Ryne and Gaia mostly) so this won't be an issue. Twins would remain distinct characters though, as they have very different personnalities)

Since the very first release I teased something like that with the Horny Minstrel in Revenant's Toll. The idea would be to have optional boss battles (reenactments made by the Minstrel based on your memories), and once you win the Minstrel would go crazy and imagine a sex scene. That's the best way I found to imagine content with characters that aren't around anymore.

It's not possible yet due to my current budget (and the fact that Syllax is already plenty busy with the main romances), but I'm still keeping the idea in a corner of my head, for when I'll be able to afford another artist with a similar style.

Fantastic, there seems to be a lot to look forward to, and although I don't like manly men it might be fun to just do a run where the whole family gets got, depening on how Alphinaud will be designed it might just be possible that only Fourchenault will be left without some private time with the WoL in normal runs, so I have to ask, is femboy planned? (not necesarily for Alphinaud but in general)

I hope that the budget stuff is nothing for you to be concerned with, we have hard times and the work you do is good for morale for FFXIV fans.

One idea for the characters that aren't around anymore would be what was explained in Endwalker with the Aetherial Sea where souls go to get purified, grabing them as they are being purified might leave them weak, but it is possible that something might be made that, even if it is a little bit of an ass pull, could save them. If the situation calls for it just put 3 characters in a poll, one of them dead, and allow the fans to decide if they want a dead character back.
(Might be that the Soul lore got expanded in Dawn Trail, I haven't played all of it, I stopped at around the halfway point of the MSQ)


Also please allow some enemie to lovers to happen, I see it too often that great designs get wasted on unromancable characters that just die and monster girls are always a plus. Barbariccia might be dead but she and/or Garuda could be summoned and through some WoL power, possibly connected to summoning, get tamed for a lack of better term.
