-_- "you have brain damage" -a guy who can't read apparently. The images on the op show different dudes banging the chicks. To add, the ntr tag is on the front page, your inability to look at the brief information presented is a personal issue, try looking at what you download before you pull your dick out next time ig lol.

what's the difference between the normal and fan translated one? more than just "one is fan translated the other one isn't" i mean why does a fan translated one even have to exist, is the OG one really badly machine translated or something?

Haven’t played the fan translation, but the more likely story is that the fan one was made before the official translation came out, and they decided to keep both.
