thanks, but i decided to just abandon that run and make a new one. it's partly my fault since i did not follow the instruction

There is no harem route, just a threesome scene at the very end. I've heard that originally you had to be good to both girls in order to get that, or in NG+, but, whether it's true or not, the English version here is either bugged or has been modified, such that nothing of the sort happens: you get the threesome scene at the end no matter which of the two girls you choose, and that's on regular NG.
