Probably because it is not listed anywhere as a compressed version, plus due to minor modifications (such as cheats), the version was changed from 1.03 to 1.03.01 (which makes it harder to find). It is probably worth correcting in the OP from "UNOFFICIAL MODDED*" to "UNOFFICIAL MODDED COMPRESSED*"

Overview:
