Permanent until theyre picked up. Then you get caught, and theyre used, you unlock the scene to view permanently so theres no need to be able to pick them up again.
how do you access the two vaults? I see that the way to obtain the code was bugged and it was 18-70-25, but I don´t know how to input those numbers, also, someone said that the code could be found in a note at the bar, but I don´t know where that note is... Please help!
To use them switch to camera on pda, then while a girl is in frame right click. If you have film it will take a photo

The lobby code is 18 70 25
The arcade room is 87 10 40 (On the bar table next to the cups holder there is a note for you to take & check for the code -can't check your inventory while hidding btw)
1st vault code at lobby is 18-70-25
2nd vault code at arcade is 87-10-40
You press E on the vault then hold LMB to move the cursor and move it to the correct numbers then release LMB. You should hear a click sound if you point it correctly.
