Having multiple MCs will be an important part of the game plot. Also, It would be boring if it's just shota all the time. It lets people choose how they want to play. I'm thinking about 4 MCs tailored to other kinks not just shota. If you don't like the chad character then choose the others. I'm trying to make a game for everyone.

Follow the arrows on the pedestrian lanes. There is a quest journal in Datalog menu. The NPC's have a quest mode and free roam mode which means, that if you have an active quest on, you'll only be able to interact with relevant NPCs while the others will just say "hi". Hospital is left of Main City.
RPGM? Really? That just awful, ruining a great game.

S tier characters 
As much as I dislike RPGM, discovering the hints explaining the absolute fundamentals how game works is great, such a nice touch. That combined with the in built quest system makes it very manageable too. From the little I have played, the city layout doesn't feel intuitive enough, but after reading the thread, maybe it'd be easier to navigate knowing there are arrows. Of course, you don't want to spoon feed every single aspect of the game, but possibly something to add to the hints..?

3.regarding updates, I recommend updating every 1-2 months so we can have a reason to play updates longer than this could kill the patience and people may forget about it and shorter than this might bring no joy.
4. regarding engine, I and some people are fine with RPGM but my suggestion is to always include a complete save file just in case.

I saw that. I can't comment on those reasons, but the engine still sucks canal water. Definitely NOT the Developers responsibilty, but the engine is a complete waste of time. Hate the gameplay graphics and the sound effects are just annoying. I would still rather get a Nintendo and play Mario Brothers.
