They look like they modify the same files, I doubt it's compatible, as files for both modify the ver (days), and they are different sizes in each mod.

So, my guess is no.

You have just answered to your own question.
So if both incest patch and walkthrough mod use the same modified rpy files, they obviously cannot be compatible.
