The event currently only works with non-(crossdressing/transitioning) characters. I'll add a variation soon, I've just been busy with major updates, but it's on my to do list to add a variation of sorts.

Keyholding affects about 50% of the current content right now. Interactions will be different if you are keyheld, i.e. some sex scenes will abruptly end or have different endings altogether. There are some unique events with Kara and Crystal when you are keyheld by one of them too. There will be more added to it, of course, but it is content you can access the moment you get a chastity cage and get either the vault or unlock the repeatable interactions with Kara or Crystal. In the future, more NPCs will become eligible for keyholding.
The game features "realistic" transformation. No other tf content will be added. However due to tagging rules, the game has to be labeled as such for now. Maybe with the new tag system there will be a more appropriate that.
You may want to look at your code again on that 'bad luck'. I reloaded and played the day over again four times, and got arrested every time my character worked the dark street. Bad luck? Looks like bad luck, however, you are able to try and bribe the cops for some money or sexual favours. It's not really a Gotham city rife with crime and more of a Amsterdam pre-legalisation of sex work. I hope in makes sense

Game works fine, unless you mean the level not ticking up, which is going to be fixed in the patch out in a few minutes. Everything else works as intended on my end. If a specific pair of shoes has issues, let me know!

Yep, the issue is with all the "Difficulty1" heels. Going to higher sizes worked, hence why I didn't have any issues. The amount of damage a typo can do is astounding. It's now fixed on my end, so I'll wrap this all up and release a patch. Thank you for the save file!
