The only thing i could complain about this is there's not a lot of content scene wise, other than that the game's pretty good.
Btw dev, maybe add a couple screens from some in-game scenes to the original post? I was going to pass on this because the current screenshots gave me the impression that this was a text-ONLY game with no scenes which isn't mine and plenty others thing. So i'm guessing some others probably avoided it too.

Oh, thanks! I completely forgot to follow up on that one. I'll look into it tonight.
The navigation bar on top is clickable, it will be in the options listed.
Due to the game being non-linear, you might be missing scenes due to your choices, however you are right there aren't a whole lot of "common tree" scenes. It is one of my aims to remedy this in 2024. No guarrantees it will be by enough, but I will try my best!
That is a great suggestion, any scenes in particular you'd like to see showcased?
I'm nottoo sure what leads to hair length bugging out, but I'll investigate it further. It's really frustrating considering I tried to fix it many times already :C

I did jobs/scenes from pc,prostitution, gas station and club scenes & quests. I'm not aware if there were any more but i haven't found them. Then again not having much sexual content can be remedied with time so that's not a big problem since i like mostly everything else about the game.
On other topic, any screens from some ingame sex scenes will do. The way it is currently shown on original post, when i first took a glance at this thread i thought this was a ONLY-text game, where everything including sexual scenes are written but not shown.

It's awesome you're amenable to identifying and rectifying the problem. I think you have a good game here but it's really broken, especially early game. I'm not sure what you consider "mid" or "late" game, but unless someone enjoys just clicking the exact same sequence of hotlinks for 8 in-game weeks, September to October is really REALLY rough.This one is an issue with the updater, sometimes it pops up when initially loading while the game catches up. Still safer to start a new save if it continues.
Noted, should be fully fixed in the upcoming patch. New event really messed things up for some reason.
There is a lot to unpack and I first want to tell that yes, it is a huge project, which is why it only just got into beta and there are a lot of valid criticism here, but there are also a few things I want to correct the record on/give tips on, I'll be addressing those in order.

Of course, the size of the events varies wildly from relatively short and not all updates featured events, but I think there is still a lot of new things to explore. Of course, new items are added every so-often, sometimes in a thematic way (Professional clothing for the business expansion, same goes for homekeeping and dance updates). There were a lot of backend updates which are really helping me to work on new content as the foundations are far more solid and I hope I can double the amount of new events this coming year considering I'm only planning on doing one UI/Backend update this summer instead of the four from last year.
As a semi-open sandbox, the game's main challenge really revolves around time management. Like you said, some programs have "weird" timings forcing you to use certain game mechanics. The business class is an exemple of this, but it is somewhat designed around those constraints.
Now for some tips since you mentioned those aspects of your playthrough you found to be problematic.
-Half shifts exist for a reason, but the Gas Station is really meant to be there to get you started on the game, but you are meant to find other, better job actions (the game rewards you for working on your own accord, in a sense). Some of those are acquired through college (acting, homekeeping, etc.) while others just require you to go down the rabbit hole (camgirl, stripper, prostitute).
-The bus pass is meant to improve your time management by a significant margin. Not only does it allow you to reach other areas, but it also gives you some fast travel options to crucial areas (your house, the mall and the college), allowing you to reduce your daily commute from 1:20 to 0:16. Yes, there is a fee coming with it, but it will really change your game.
Personally, I never had financial difficulties in the game, but the early game is clearly a rougher patch, meant for you to adapt. When you move up the economic ladder, you can increase your quality of life (better food, apartment, etc.). Saying it's a broke student simulator might actually be a pretty decent way to describe the early game to be fair.
At the end of the day, my vision is heavily tainted as a developer in terms of balance. I always appreciate feedback and suggestions towards balance, but I will wholeheartedly admit I cannot balance this game for shit (I try to stay consistent, but that's pretty much all I can do myself).
This being said, I appreciate you giving all of this feedback and if you have suggestions for smoothing the start, I will be glad to change some things based on said suggestions
I think I partly solved my money problem. I was choosing Business and doing Work>School>Gym>Bar>Sleep. But if you avoid the gym early then you can do Work>School>Work>Bar>Sleep and make just enough cash to get by.
I noticed some issues:
* Failing to pay Tuition says you need to repay it "Sooner or Later" but there's no longer an option to repay it.
* I think Grooming 4 is broken. You start it but then it immediately disappears. Might be related to:
* I somehow ended up with -1 razors and it doesn't bring up the error prompt the way it does with 0.
* The gym is broken sometimes and it prompts you to unlock the Underground Clinic repeatedly.
* Business class has a session on (I think?) Friday Oct 17 which says attendance is not required Monday-Thursday but the Reminder system still indicates you have class and you can still attend class and there's content.
* Business class has a session saying that your internship starts on Oct 26 but I go to the site and it says "I shouldn't be here".
* After Nov 1 the Reminder system says "You have a class today at 13:00" but you go to the Campus and it says "No more classes!"

How does class pass % get calculated, and does it actually affect the game? I rolled a new game with Rich Kid, took Dance, attended 100% of my classes, did the extra classes at the studio, and studied for hours yet still failed the midterms, resulting in Emily being mad at me.
IMHO class pass chance % should just be Grade. If I have > 65% I shouldn't have to worry that RNG is going to break my run.

It's not the actual chance per se. It just gives you a general percentage, which is actually lifted a bit (90%+ is autopass for sure, maybe even 85%+). It is affected mostly by class attendence and health which can both be compensated through study session at the library and good health.

Hormones/gender reassignment surgery content will be added after that, alongside a lot of extra interactions based on transitioning and, possibly, a female playable character start.

-Have a very high bimbo stat and choose any implant option at the hospital, then ask for bigger sizes.
-Train enough and listen to the guy on steroids
Both will unlock the Underground Clinic and you will have access to all of its content no matter which way you use.
