Having trouble unlocking the underground clinic. I'm going to the gym every day but the guy never shows up to talk about hormones. As an experiment I've tried just doing nothing but sessions at the gym every day for a month and he still doesn't show up, what's wrong?

The event currently only works with non-(crossdressing/transitioning) characters. I'll add a variation soon, I've just been busy with major updates, but it's on my to do list to add a variation of sorts.

Are the keyholder mechanics just a framework for future content or is there a point to them now? I hadn't checked the game out in a few versions and noticed keyholding mentioned in the change log. Curious if there is enough there to justify starting a new playthrough or if it just barebones to be filled in later content and I should wait a few more versions for more content.

Keyholding affects about 50% of the current content right now. Interactions will be different if you are keyheld, i.e. some sex scenes will abruptly end or have different endings altogether. There are some unique events with Kara and Crystal when you are keyheld by one of them too. There will be more added to it, of course, but it is content you can access the moment you get a chastity cage and get either the vault or unlock the repeatable interactions with Kara or Crystal. In the future, more NPCs will become eligible for keyholding.
As for if that is enough for you to enjoy, I frankly can't tell, but you might reach parts of the story where it is not implemented.

Will this game ever develop the transformation content? If not I wish you would loose the transformation tag, I've noticed a lot of Dev's abusing tags lately to draw people to their games and it's getting frustrating.
Also you paint a picture of Hutinburg being this corrupt town but every time my character tries to do something illegal they get arrested. Pretty efficient policing for a 'corrupt' town

The game features "realistic" transformation. No other tf content will be added. However due to tagging rules, the game has to be labeled as such for now. Maybe with the new tag system there will be a more appropriate that.
Looks like bad luck, however, you are able to try and bribe the cops for some money or sexual favours. It's not really a Gotham city rife with crime and more of a Amsterdam pre-legalisation of sex work. I hope in makes sense

Game works fine, unless you mean the level not ticking up, which is going to be fixed in the patch out in a few minutes. Everything else works as intended on my end. If a specific pair of shoes has issues, let me know!

Yep, the issue is with all the "Difficulty1" heels. Going to higher sizes worked, hence why I didn't have any issues. The amount of damage a typo can do is astounding. It's now fixed on my end, so I'll wrap this all up and release a patch. Thank you for the save file!

The wires bug is still sort of an issue. In the inventory it shows _nbWire wiring and you can't tell how many wires you have, I think you can still use them, but I'm not sure delivers are properly recognized.
