It actually does have reminders, and the one your talking about is reminder to attend job interview on a Tuesday at 9am, the person that interviews you is Kara. cant remember actual date but if you have reminders selected in settings it will be there

Which is the better/more content option, to continue the internship with Mrs. Holt or going back to college?
It kind of depends how you define content. If you mean story/events then the college has no real content at the moment, you go there, you learn skills, pass a test and it opens up some activities and ways to make money, like homemaking allows you to buy wrecked home and do it up into something decent (you can earn cash by being the supervisor of a building and fix the problems of tennets), sewing allows you buy pattern/material in the mall and to sell clothes online, etc. The internship with Mrs Holt has events, however (and note I did this on previous version to the current) it doesn't really work if you have totally accepted and are engaged in crossdressing, I was wearing a business dress and Mrs Holt kept claiming that my attire was unsuitable.

A methadone clinic is where serious addicts go to get off narcotics/opioids, it's pretty rare for people to abuse methadone since there's more powerful stuff more readily available (heroin, fentanyl, et al). The withdrawals are killer so methadone helps them work off the stuff in a safer manner. Sometimes it's given as "pain management" for people who have spent a long time in hospital on serious drugs after a bad injury/massively invasive surgery, but the wink and nudge tells them to use it to wean themselves off the addiction.

go to grocery store and buy razor and clippers then obviously enter the bathroom and select what you want to shave under the shave section.
Literally can't even leave my appartment to do anything, this pops up. Amazing. Playing on Joiplay if that matters.

Thanl you. I was able to complete the task. I wasn't scrolling down on the shop menu and didn't see the razor.
It's been nearly 3 months of in-game time since I took the gender transition HRT option but nothing has happened is this a bug or is there no content added yet?
