I wouldn't worry about the game changing significantly. I obviously have certain interests, and those will be represented in FiN until it reaches its natural conclusion.
Now, that said? I do sometimes think about my next game, and how appealing it'd be to do something that's more of a straight-up romance, with the occasional deviant choice.
And I do have plans to tone down some elements of Chapter One, so it makes more sense when Nicki does come back. With my original plan for the game, it made sense that she'd return on the dark path. Then things changed, and it kinda stretched credulity that she'd bother coming back. I think it'll ultimately make for a stronger game, to have her unease with MC ratcheted up until she can't really ignore it anymore.
Thanks so much! It's always kind of a surprise which girls end up being super fun to write, and I'm glad that love comes through in the game.
As for Risa, I think she'll make some fans with the next installment.
It's become a goal for me because, over and over again, I get the same comment: "I really like this game, but I had to get past the first chapter before it got good." Which naturally makes me wonder how many people got into Chapter One, and didn't continue. But, I'm determined not to get bogged down in it, and move swiftly into Chapter Five one it's finished.

I'm actually really surprised by this game. In pretty much every game I play, my preferred route is the "evil" one. It's more fun imo and, overall, I tend to lean towards dark bdsm kinks with the girls being super submissive. But this game just hits different with the kind route. It probably would've been different if I started off evil but, after doing a playthrough and being kind, I just can't bring myself to be mean to the girls!
Hell, in the last chapter with Brittani I even had to load a save after fucking around with her in bed when the douchebag boyfriend was downstairs and ended up making her cry and freak out. I didn't even want to hurt her feelings like that which is so atypical of how I usually am with these games lmao

New update's due in April, dude! The current test build of the game has 950+ images, and I have a total of 1040 images completed. So the next chapter is likely going to be in the 1500 render range, making it the biggest yet. Unfortunately, big updates means big development time.
But, I'm working on it literally every day, and it'll be done sooner than later.
In the future, I'm focusing on smaller, more frequent updates. This one features: MC, Carolina, Maya, Nicki, Pepper, Mason, Gabby, Risa, Ashe, Viola, Madison, and a spate of new characters. And there's a scene with MC reviewing photos and video of Gabby and Brittani, stolen from Jamie. So, multiple story scenes/locations, and three big sex scenes, and two small ones. It's big, basically touching every character in the game, and adding sex scenes for two of them that haven't gotten them before.
Next chapter (post-Chapter One do-over) is planned to be: Gabby, Mason, and Alex, and a few connecting story scenes. So, way more manageable!

How could anyone not like Gabby? She's really adorable sweetheart, that deserves to be happy.

Neonghost was just talking about making a Mason scene some days ago, plus you saw the post above. Everyone will have content in the next update.sucks to see gabby get a lot of content, as i liked every other character but gabby, and chose to ignore her

I don't like her either but she has a very vocal fandom here so she's been getting a central stage lately.
But we have to understand that the game has an expansive cast. It wouldn't be easy to please everyone every update.

I will say this -- I don't let the popularity of any of the girls dictate how much screentime they get. If anyone goes back and reads this thread when I first showed Gabby's character design, reviews were not kind. But, I knew I could make people love her, once they got to know her. I also regularly get excoriated on a few pirate sites for pushing my 'LGBT agenda,' but I think next chapter will show I'm not shying away from things that might piss people off.
The truth is, girls like Nicki, Gabby, and Brittani are well-represented for the moment, because that's where the story's at. Nicki's drama began the story and then came back in force with Chapter 3, but now she's easing into a supporting role. Gabby's story with her dad is a persistent mystery, and MC's pending redesign of the bookstore gives him a lot of reasons to be there, interacting with Gabby and Madison. Gabby's story is directly connected with Brittani, which then feeds into her drama surrounding her and her family.
But, as was teased in the last update, there's something swirling around Ashe that MC needs to investigate, Carolina's constantly in his periphery, and Viola's home situation is due for some attention. Eventually, everyone will get their shine. Some people just need MC more right now. But, once their needs are met, he can move on to helping other people.
Honestly, if I just did what was popular, the menu screen would look like this. :'D
As for polls, I'd like to start polling for popularity once everyone's gotten their fair share of screentime. Right now it'd be really skewed, I think. In the short term, my plan is to do polls for which under-represented character people would like to see a scene with, and then use the winner to decide who gets a date/sex scene, provided it fits into the framework of the chapter.
When it comes to my favorite? Oof! Tough question! I love them all for different reasons. I try to give all of them distinct voices that make them all fun to write dialogue for, and they all serve different interests of mine. Tomboy, brat, bimbo, MILF, goth, Russian, muscles.. The broad descriptors of each girl are basically my PornHub search history. :'D But then I get to subvert those in interesting ways. Nicki's a tomboy who occasionally likes to show her girly side to her crush. Gabby's a brat who's really got a big, sensitive heart. Ashe is a bimbo with some surprising depth and empathy. On and on.
Right now, I'm finding the most fun in combining characters for scenes, letting them riff off each other. I'm in the plotting stage for Chapter 5, and I've been sketching out a dialogue scene between Risa and Maya that I think will be terrific.
Buuuuut, gun to my head, my favorite is probably Nicki. I love her model, and her 'voice' is super comfortable for me to write in. My top three would likely be Nicki, Gabby, and Alex.

Of the one featured prominently so far? Gabby. Each of her paths are great. We get a fun bratty baby girl path, and a dark slave path. He character is well rounded and had depth and complexity in how she responds to MC. Her story interacts with other characters and MC's business endeavors in interesting ways.
Now, out of the partners I'd like to see more of... I think Viola has great potential for MC to use his wealth to slowly coax her submission and unleash her inner desires. She is also in a good position for MC's involvement to substantially improve her life and her mother's. So one day she will be like "Yeah I wear this collar and I'm a slave to my master, but I get to go to school for music, my mom has her medical bills taken care of, and we get to live in this really nice apartment."
Wholesome corruption. (which I think describes this game pretty well)
I'd also like to get into the more incremental corruption and domination of Nikki.

- Nicky - I like everything about her; love her dynamics with MC, love her scenes, love what you did with her tattoos and the meaning behind those
- Brittani - love me some bimbos #1; and it comes with a free netori route, awesome
- Ashe - love me some bimbos #2; tied with Brittani tbf, need more content to see who stands over the other
- Gabbi - she's in a conundrum situation, I like her too much to be an asshole but not enough to play the love route; I think with the next update and the sugar daddy route she'll climb some positions
- Viola - her dark route is too dark at the moment and her corruption route isn't yet fully flashed out; I would love to buy me some "benefits" though
- Madison - I'm not in milfs much but I smell a netori route and I love them (when done right)
- Everyone else - Need more content to form a not superficial opinion (though I already know I'll like Pepper lol)
- Alex - love me some muscle girl but her eyebrows are too odd, they're too light and she looks like she doesn't have them at all
- MC with a sweater on - you're a milionaire, dress like one damn it
