No... Because the actions of a character in a game aren't the same as those of the player IRL. Unless the player is doing the same stuff as evil guy in the real world in which case yes very much they should be in jail.Evil Guy is still played by the player, it's them who causes Guy to be evil. So, if that's what you think, then you're actually saying that any player who plays that route should have those things happen to them.
