Yep. You have a number of choices there, one of which is a horrible one that plays out how you'd imagine... and you never see her again after that.
There's a few people here that play the dark route only for the story and skip the sex scenes cause they find them disturbing. You can try that if you're really curious, the writing is just as impressive as the other routes. It's an interesting perspective for sure and, for me personally, makes the love route that much sweeter. It's like as if you read an alternate LotR where Sauron won and conquered middle-earth, Frodo & Sam were tortured beyond recognition, the Shire was raped and enslaved, etc. and then you read the normal version and get to see all that ick from the previous reading fall away. It's very satisfying for me lol though obviously not for everyone
