I think you basically lose out on maybe 1 scene in beginning, depending on the girl, if you try to pursue them more like a normal person. You remain on friend route but will eventually get onto a more substantial route if you keep pursuing. Otherwise, you have to be bold and/or creepy lol. For example, pushing Ashe into the alley and going from there to your condo; accepting Brittani after the photoshoot in the bedroom; etc. They'll land you on their paths quicker, including romance, but lots of gentleman here don't like the idea of doing those things. I love it this way; we each get our own unique little pathways depending on preferences

lol now I want this ending for Risa after getting clean and away from drugs I think would be a amazing ending for her. Nicki I think either married or pregnant makes the most sense for her seeing how she plays with Maya.

Nicki and Mason are both in my top 3, however Nicki is definitely my favorite. The only ones who could potentially pass her and become my new #1 are Cassie, Ashe, and Mason. Mason might have a chance, depending on how the pet-play stuff with her plays out, and also how their relationship dynamic in general is handled. If both are well done, then possibly Mason could become my favorite. Cassie is more of an Unknown, but I've always really liked younger sister characters. Anyone outside of Nicki, Mason, Ashe and Cassie will never have a chance of becoming my #1. (Not even Brittani, even though she's hot af)

Honestly I think this the kind of game my #1 favorite is going to be switching from update to update. As I like Nicki alot and then after the date with Ashe I was having a hard time deciding. Then in the update before this one when we got to get Nicki to become our girlfriend officially that put her in the lead. Then this update finally made me decide on how I feel about Risa and now she has a spot in my favorite LI list for this game. ( I know you don't like her she is an acquired taste imo as I see why many don't like her and still don't).

Mason is a bit of an unknown to me I need to see more , as I couldn't accept the BJ as I felt like I was taking advantage still never seen that scene to this day. Brittani yeah she is hot and has a good story so far but doesn't hit me the same way as the rest.

Cassie same she is an unknown but I admit it's gonna take alot for me to like her. Maybe this is a bit unfair but I tend to expect better quality storytelling / characters when it comes to incest characters. As I find alot other dev's make incest feel like it's forced or just never makes sense even sometimes a typical porno cliche. Now I think Neon can pull it off it comes to how much time Neon is going put on her character before romance and lewds happen. As there is alot of characters in this game and she is going to come into the story pretty late. It wouldn't be fair unless it's for a story reason to ignore other characters for to long of a period because of that tho I do expect the first Cassie update to barley include other characters.

I really like thicc girls, I like slim girls too, but only when petite, usually. I also prefer medium to long hair over short/shaved hair. I also really like blondes. And lastly for me personally, Ashe has the perfect personality for me, she's submissive in the bedroom and likes it rough, but you wouldn't be able to tell that just by looking at her or talking to her normally. She's also smart, doesn't have an ego, and is just really really kinky in general. The only downside to Ashe for me is her valley girl speak, but at least she doesn't talk that way because she wants to or thinks it's cool.

Mason on the other hand, is into pet-play, so similarly to Ashe liking it rough, that's a plus for me. I think Mason looks good, and does have a nice body. Not a fan of the hair at all though, and also there's a lot of trauma and baggage to work through. I don't mind it, but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to date someone who's that delicate, if I knew about it beforehand. If it wasn't for the trauma and the delicacy of Mason, I would probably have her at my #2. The story is still developing though, same with the characters, so who knows where the characters will end up on my list a few updates from now.

About Mason's trauma I would still like a serious relationship with him. You said the word delicate and that is a really good way to describe Mason imo.
I would do everything I could to make him happy. If this was real life I would ask Mason out straight away.

Absolutely. I think in Ashe's case, pushing her in the alley is basically reading her mind, and that's why it works out; she's already stricken with you and likes to be naughty & kinky. Now, try that with a girl that's still figuring you out, or just a girl with more boundaries... creepy rape bells start going off. You can hear stories from some women where a guy they really, really liked did stuff that they were into in the moment, but when the relationship goes sour because he's toxic or something, they realize after-the-fact that they were giant red flags. I think a lot of the stuff Guy does is basically that, it's just we have the choice of whether we're going to ruin the relationship with toxicity, or remain their prince charming with a wild streak.

So yeah, this game has true LI diversity & complexity. I wish more games were like it.

I finished my nice guy romance playthrough over the weekend btw, and the sheer amount of Ashe scenes on that date, and on top of that so many poses! Very much enjoyed all the way to the end of this latest chapter as I knew I would I'm now 100% sure I will keep to romance or at least corruption on 1st playthroughs, it's my true vibe that's been buried by bad writing I think . You're so good at writing it dude, I think that's why I'd convinced myself I hate romance stuff because in other games it's just so... adolescent & shallow I guess. That, and too much vanilla sex. I mean, obviously all VNs are going to lean into male sex fantasies quite a lot, but you've got a really, really nice and grounded balance going with it.
